Stage set for tomorrow’s polling in high profile Udhampur LS seat amid high security

A civilian has been abducted and mercilessly killed by terrorists of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) in Murran village of Pulwama in South Kashmir.
Police said on Monday the civilian identified as Gulzar Ahmad was abducted from his house on Sunday night and his bullet riddled body was found in the nearby fields.
A group of terrorists barged into his house on Sunday night and abducted Gulzar, said the police.

Initial investigations suggest Zahoor Thokar and Showkat Dar-led Hizbul Mujahideen terror outfit was involved in the incident, said the police.
The police have registered a case and initiated investigations into the incident.
Suspecting them to be police informers, terrorists have killed several civilians in South Kashmir in the last few months.
