India on Thursday rejected Islamabad’s charge of actively supporting Afghanistan in carrying out attacks on Pakistan soil.

“We reject such baseless allegations. It has become second nature for Pakistan to blame India for its misdeeds. As a state sponsor of terrorism for decades, Pakistan has zero credibility when it comes to cross-border terrorism,’’ Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said at a media briefing.

“No amount of story-telling is going to alter this reality, nor is anyone fooled by Pakistan’s assumed victimhood,’’ he added.

The spokesperson also dismissed Pakistan’s concerns over the recently-concluded uranium supply deal between India and Canada. India, he said, has an impeccable and credible non-proliferation record while reminding Islamabad of its own proliferation record.
