Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Tuesday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s forthcoming tour of Japan alongside Chhattisgarh’s participation in the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, will be pivotal in advancing bilateral relations and amplifying India’s presence on the global stage.
“Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji will soon be arriving in Japan. The friendship between India and Japan is historic and deep rooted. His visit will further consolidate these ties and bring significant benefits to our nation,” he said.
Sai underlined that the prime minister’s visit would strengthen technological, industrial, and cultural cooperation between the two nations. “This partnership will benefit both our peoples and open new avenues for shared prosperity,” he added.
Speaking about the World Expo 2025, the Chief Minister said, “Yesterday we inaugurated Chhattisgarh Week at Osaka. This Expo is a major platform to present India’s culture and progress before the world. Chhattisgarh’s participation will not only benefit the state but also contribute to India’s overall image and opportunities.”
The Chief Minister emphasized that Chhattisgarh’s showcase in Osaka highlights its rich cultural heritage alongside its growing industrial and economic strength. He said the event is expected to attract investment, expand global collaborations, and create opportunities for cultural exchange.
Sai expressed confidence that the convergence of Prime Minister Modi’s diplomatic outreach and Chhattisgarh’s proactive global engagement would yield transformative outcomes. “Together, these efforts will reinforce India’s friendship with Japan while giving Chhattisgarh a distinct recognition in the international arena,” he noted.
