In a spine-chilling incident, a 22-year-old woman was hacked to death with an axe in Ghaziabad. The accused had been stalking the victim for days.
According to the NDTV, he was let off on bail before four days. The shocking incident took place on Wednesday evening on 14 February. The woman belonged to a village in Modinagar.
After the attack, she died on the spot after sustaining injuries on the neck, chest and stomach. The prime accused, Sachin Sharma, had been stalking the woman for days and he was even arrested just a week ago for harassing the woman. The NDTV report added that the man went to the police station to surrender after allegedly committing the crime.

According to the report, the victim got married in 2017. Sharma, reportedly, was upset with the fact that she got married last year.
The incident occurred when the victim was returning home at around 5 pm.
