Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, also MP from Lucknow, will arrive in his parliamentary constituency tomorrow afternoon on his three-day visit.
BJP Lucknow City President Anand Dwivedi said here on Thursday that Defence Minister Singh will arrive at Lucknow Airport at 2:05 pm on Friday. In the evening, he will attend a business meet at Vishwasrayya Hall and later, a Diwali function at CMS School in Gomti Bagar ( Extension) at 6 PM.
On Saturday, at 10:40 am, he will depart for BrahMos Aerospace by helicopter from the helipad at La Martiniere Ground.
The Defence Minister will arrive at BrahMos Aerospace at 11:00 am, where he will participate in the “BrahMos Missile Flag-Off Ceremony.” At 12:30 pm, he will visit PTC Industries Limited and participate in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Systems Integration Faculty.
At 4:00 pm, he will go to Gosaiganj to participate in the foundation stone laying ceremony of the Gajendra Dutt Nathani Memorial Deenbandhu Hospital. He will then attend a “Workers’ Meet” with BJP workers and councillors at the City Montessori School, Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar Hall.
The next day, Sunday, at 11:00 am, he will depart for Jankipuram Sector F, where he will inaugurate a community centre and library and unveil the statues of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Bharat Ratna former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. In the afternoon, he will hold a meeting with party workers at Raghuvar Bhawan, Sadar Cantt.
He will for Delhi from Lucknow Airport at 1:35 pm.
