Patiala House Court today ordered the release of Indian Youth Congress (IYC) worker Siddharth Avdhoot, arrested during the AI Summit shirtless protest. The court issued the release order after verifying bail bonds. Siddharth was granted bail on March 5 by the Court on a bail bond of ₹50,000. Ten others were also granted bail in the case.
Siddharth was arrested by the Delhi Police from Shimla for his involvement in a protest during the AI Summit. He was accused of designing and printing the protest T-shirt for the AI Summit demonstration.

On the Court’s bail order, Avdhoot’s lawyer Roopesh Bhadouria had said, “Bail has been granted, but the very important point to understand is that all the arguments presented were essentially the same copy-paste arguments…”
