While the satirical “Cockroach Janata Party” continues to make headlines on social media, the viral movement has hit the ground. In Mathura, a local youth dressed in a cockroach costume successfully drew public attention by staging a protest demanding the purification of the Yamuna River.

A young social worker in Mathura, Deepak Sharma, staged a unique protest against the raw sewage and dirty drains flowing into the Yamuna River. Arriving at the Municipal Corporation office dressed in a cockroach costume, Sharma caught everyone present completely by surprise. Within a short time, a crowd gathered to watch, with onlookers pulling out their mobile phones to record videos of the unusual demonstration.

Deepak Sharma pointed out that just as cockroaches thrive in filth, the condition of the city and the Yamuna River is steadily deteriorating. He warned that if immediate corrective measures are not taken, the situation could become far more severe in the future.

This unique demonstration by social worker Deepak Sharma caught the attention of both municipal officials and the general public. Those present expressed their concern and said that the administration should take immediate action to address the serious issue of Yamuna pollution.

Meanwhile, the “cockroach demonstration” at the Municipal Corporation has become a topic of discussion in the city.
