Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday called on people to run a campaign to restore desecrated religious places on lines of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. He said that Sanatan Dharma is the national religion of India which every citizen must respect.
Participating in the restoration and restoration and consecration of idol programme at Neelkanth Mahadev Temple located in Bhinmal, Jalore, Rajasthan, he said: “We all must rise above our personal selfishness and join this national religion so that our country is safe, our values are restored and cows are protected.”
“This enthusiasm of all of you towards religion gives us a new inspiration to discharge our tasks by following the path of religion with full strength,” he added.
During the evemt, CM Yogi, along with Union Water Power Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, planted Rudraksh.
The chief minister further remarked: “If our religious places have been desecrated during any period, then a campaign for their restoration must be launched on the lines of Ayodhya where the construction of a grand temple of Lord Rama is going on after 500 years with the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. All of you devotees contributed in the construction of this grand national temple of Lord Rama, representing national sentiment. “
He said that this 1400-year-old holy place of Lord Neelkanth established by Nagabhatta overwhelms everyone. “I just had the privilege of garlanding the statue of the great poet Nagabhatta. I am happy that the resolution taken by Rao Mukt Singh for the last 15 years has been fulfilled today in the form of a grand temple. In this grand temple, devotees from all over the country, including the residents of Rajasthan, will have the privilege of visiting this holy Shivalaya of Lord Neelkanth. Next year, the grand temple of Lord Rama will be ready. Prior to that, I have had the privilege of renovating this grand temple of Rajasthan. Now it is the responsibility of all of you to maintain the grandeur of this temple”, CM Yogi said.
Yogi said that the country celebrated the 74th Republic Day of the country on Thursday. “Today the country is moving forward. In the Amrit Mahotsav year of Independence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had made the entire countrymen take a pledge to have respect for their heritage and to preserve it. Restoration of Lord Neelkanth temple again after 1400 years on a grand note is an example of respect for and protection of heritage.”
CM Yogi said that the land of Rajasthan is the focal point of coordination of religion, karma, devotion and power. “If you want to understand the real secrets of religion, then it is necessary to come to Rajasthan. Rajasthan created a new identity in the country and the world for the bravery of its people, and as a center of devotion as yogis, saints and sages preferred it for their meditation”, he added.
