Terrorists of the Lashkar-e-Tayiba (LeT) on Friday shot dead another youth of the Hajin village of Bandipura district after having abducted him from his home.

Police said the body of the 24-year-old Manzoor Ahmad Bhat was found outside the village. Manzoor and his father Abdul Gaffar Bhat were abducted by terrorists on Thursday night from their home but the latter managed to escape with bullet injuries.

Security forces had launched a search for Manzoor. Police said that a local terrorist Mohammad Saleem Parrey is believed to have played a major role in the killing of the innocent youth who belonged to shepherd community.

The same group of terrorists, including some from Pakistan, had killed a youth of Hajin a day before and dumped his bullet-ridden body on outskirts of the village.
