Ashutosh Brahmachari has filed a petition in the Prayagraj POCSO court, demanding that Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati be prevented from fleeing abroad and that his Gau Pratishtha Dharma Yudh Yatra be stopped.
The POCSO court reserved its judgment on Monday after hearing Ashutosh Brahmachari’s side.
According to Brahmachari, he also informed the POCSO court about the life-threatening attack on him yesterday on a running train in Kaushambi.
He demanded that Swami Avimukteshwarananda could flee Lucknow under the pretext of the Gau Prerana Dharma Yudh Yatra. Therefore, the court should immediately issue an order to confiscate his passport and visa and prevent him from fleeing abroad.
He also described Shankaracharya’s “so-called” Gau Yatra as a major threat to the safety of the minor victims. He said Swami Avimukteshwarananda has left his place under the pretext of the Gau Yatra and is also violating the court’s order. The cow slaughter he is talking about stopping through the Gau Pratishtha Dharma Yudh Yatra is the first cow slaughter in Uttar Pradesh. It is banned from the state. If they must organize such a yatra, they should go to Kerala or other states where Congress and other governments are in power and cow slaughter is taking place.
Ashutosh Brahmachari alleged that the Gau Pratishtha Dharma Yudh Yatra is being conducted under police protection, which is completely illegal, and no permission has been obtained for this yatra. He alleged that this yatra is being organized to put pressure on the government and police so that the cases filed against him are withdrawn.
He stated that there is solid evidence against Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati, which will prevent him from escaping.
Ashutosh Brahmachari will also file his response in the Allahabad High Court and provide information related to this case to the High Court.
Regarding Swati Aghori’s post after the deadly attack on him on a train, he said that Swati Aghori herself has taken responsibility for the attack by posting. Swami Avimukteshwarananda claims that he does not know Swati Aghori, while she is directly connected to his disciple Mukundanand Giri.
