Amit Shah to visit Jodhpur and Jaipur, induct 10,000 Constables into Rajasthan Police

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will induct 10,000 newly recruited constables into the Rajasthan Police on Saturday.

The new recruits will be formally inducted into the state police force by the Home Minister at a grand ceremony to be held at the Rajasthan Police Academy ground here on Saturday.

The selection and recruitment process has already been completed, and recruits from various districts of the state will reach Jaipur by Friday evening to attend the induction ceremony the following morning and formally join the service.

Home Minister Shah is scheduled to arrive in Jodhpur tonight by a BSF aircraft and will stay overnight in the Sun City.

Before leaving for the state capital Jaipur on Saturday, he is also scheduled to participate in the Maheshwari Samaj International Convention and Expo in Jodhpur on Friday.

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will also attend the function in Jodhpur.
