The Aam Aadmi Party( AAP), under the leadership of Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, on Wednesday embarked on a march from the Saryu River to the Sangam under the slogan “Give Employment, Give Social Justice”.
This march, commenced at Badi Devkala intersection and will continue for 13 days, reaching Prayagraj via Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, and Amethi. During the march, party workers will cover a distance of approximately 200 kilometers.
Addressing the gathering, Sanjay Singh said the march represents the voice of the unemployed, farmers, laborers, and everyone who has not received justice. He said that the march from the Saryu River to the Sangam has been launched with a pledge to demand both employment and social justice.
He alleged that Uttar Pradesh has become the country’s most unemployed state today. Youth here are unable to find employment, while corruption is rampant. By leaking the exam papers, the government is playing with the future of the youth.
Many senior party leaders and workers, including Delhi MLA and State Incharge Anil Jha, State President Sabhajit, and Ayodhya State President Vinay Patel, participated in this march.
