Three persons were killed and more than 20 others injured as the sleeping coach bus, packed with around 60 passengers on board, turned turtle after hitting the road divider along Naya Gaon near the hanging bridge in Kota late Wednesday night.

The police from the local RK Puram police station and other nearby areas, extricated passengers trapped-entangled in the bus and rushed the injured to Government Medical College Hospital for treatment. Most of the victims hail from Madhya. Pradesh, a police spokesman said.
