Akshay Kumar to make his Telugu debut with Vishnu Manchu’s ‘Kannappa’
Doosukeltha' (2013) actor Manchu took to his official X page to share the news of Kumar joining 'Kannappa'.
The makers of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha have announced that the trailers of the film would be released on 11 June.
As interesting as the title suggests, the film has an interesting star cast and has been helmed by the creative set of directors Shital Bhatia and Neeraj Pandey, who have created films like A Wednesday and Rustom.
This is the first time the directors are trying their hands at satirical comedy.

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha revolves around the problem of open defecation in the country in sync with the government's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
The film stars Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. Akshay Kumar and Shital-Neeraj would be pairing up for the fifth time after having worked together for Special 26, Rustom, Baby and Naam Shabana.
