Kannada superstar Dr Shiva Rajkumar is all ready to step into the shoes of ‘people’s leader’ with the upcoming biopic Gummadi Narsaiah. The film traces the journey of Narsaiah who served as the Member of Legislative Assembly for Yellandu multiple times between 1983 and 2009.
Narsaiah became a symbol of integrity to many in Indian politics winning elections as an Independent candidate and earning the love of his constituents.
The first look of the biopic recently came out offering a glimpse of Shiva Rajkumar in a calm avatar. In the poster, he is walking alongside a bicycle on a wide road. He dons a simple white kurta-pajama with a red scarf over his shoulder.
A red flag that features the sickle and hammer representing leftist ideology is tied to the bicycle.
The film marks the directorial debut of Parameshwar Hivrale who transitions from acting to directing with this ambitious project. The venture is production of N Suresh Reddy under the banner of Pravallika Arts Creations.

The team behind the camera is equally impressive. Satish Mutyala handles cinematography bringing out the rural landscape and earthy realism that shaped Narsaiah’s world. Music composition in the film by Suresh Bobbili promises to heighten the emotional depth of the story. Satya Giduturi’s editing ensures a sharp and engaging narrative.
According to the makers, shooting for the film will begin soon. True to its pan-Indian appeal, Gummadi Narsaiah will release in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.
