Actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan recently spoke to the media in Hyderabad about his much-awaited film ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM)’. The press conference was special because the actor usually stays away from film-related events ever since he entered active politics.
Pawan Kalyan shared interesting details about his role in the film, especially a grand action sequence in the climax.
He revealed that the climax of ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ has a massive 20-minute fight scene. What makes this sequence special is that he personally helped design and choreograph it, using his background in martial arts.
“I couldn’t give much time for the film because of my political work,” he admitted. “But I made sure to keep 57 days aside for this climax shoot. We shot it in mid-May under the hot sun. It wasn’t easy, but I enjoyed doing it because I love martial arts. This scene will connect with everyone because it shows the struggles Indians faced under Mughal rule.”
The film revolves around a historical period where Pawan Kalyan’s character goes up against the Mughal empire. According to him, the climax is not just about action but also about emotional drama and patriotism.
During the press meet, Pawan Kalyan also spoke honestly about how hard it has become for him to balance movies with his political life.

Ever since he became the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, fans and the media have been questioning whether he will continue acting. He addressed this directly.
“After I took up political responsibilities, many people said, ‘It’s over, he won’t do films anymore. How can he manage both?’ Even I don’t know how many more movies I can do now,” he said. “But I wanted to do justice to this film. I promised myself I’ll give my best to it.”
Pawan Kalyan said that working on ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ reminded him of his passion for cinema, but at the same time, he knows that his political duties will always come first now.
Despite the busy schedule and long hours in the sun, he said the film was a personal project for him because of its historical subject and action scenes.
Fans of Pawan Kalyan are eagerly waiting for ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’, which has been in the making for quite some time.
