Aamir Khan takes legal action against deepfake advertisement

Aamir Khan, who was the first pick for astronaut Rakesh Sharma’s biopic, may not feature in the movie. The film titled Salute might see Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, reports suggest. Aamir Khan has reportedly stepped out of the project.
If sources are to be believed, SRK will soon be seen in the Mahesh Mathai directorial film. According to a report in the DNA, “SRK wants to start shooting in September and continue for two months before he starts promoting Zero, which releases on Christmas. After that, he will resume Salute’s shoot from January 2019. The film is expected to release next year.”
However, Shah Rukh Khan recently talked about his upcoming projects in an event and said, “I haven’t signed a film yet. I really want to live with Zero because it’s a little tedious… I have been meeting Siddharth and Ronnie. I have met a lot of other directors and producers because I have to. But I haven’t confirmed anything yet.”

Although there has been no official confirmation from the actor about his role in the biopic, if it happens, SRK would be the one to play Rakesh Sharma, an Indian astronaut who had won Ashok Chakra.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is engaged in shooting for his upcoming project Zero with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
