After giving a power-packed performance in Padmaavat, Ranveer Singh is currently busy with the shooting of Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming film Gully Boy.

Known for his dedication towards all his projects and films, Ranveer recently shot a crucial scene for the film at the Churchgate railway station. His character will be seen boarding a local train in this scene.

The shoot was done on Sunday (March 25) as the team decided that they won’t disturb the hustle-bustle at the railway station. The team had 50-60 junior artistes who were in the scene as Ranveer’s co-passengers in the train.

The shoot went on for a couple of hours in the afternoon and wrapped up around 5:45 pm. The train was heavily guarded with security personnel.

Ranveer has quickly transformed himself into a much leaner version for his boy-next-door role in Gully Boy after the robust Allaudin Khilji in Padmaavat.

Recently, he shared his picture with rapper Naved Shaikh where the duo are seen flaunting a big smile. He captioned the picture as, “Aane de Aane de Aane de @naezythebaa #gullyboy”.

Ranveer is teaming up with Zoya Akhtar again after Dil Dhadakne Do. The film also casts Alia Bhatt in the lead role. And this is the first time Ranveer and Alia are collaborating for the silver screen.

The film is a musical drama based on the lives of rappers Divine and Naezy from the streets of Mumbai. The film is slated to release on 14 February 2019.
