Akshay Kumar to make his Telugu debut with Vishnu Manchu’s ‘Kannappa’
Doosukeltha' (2013) actor Manchu took to his official X page to share the news of Kumar joining 'Kannappa'.
Akshay Kumar has been made Honorary Ambassador for Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Foundation. The actor said he felt honoured to be chosen for the role.
The Gold actor posted on Instagram on Wednesday: “Happy and proud to be the Honorary Ambassador of the Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Foundation. Keep up the good work, Vinamra Shastri. We ought to live by Shastriji’s ‘Jai jawan jai kisan’ motto for our great nation.”
The actor, who will turn 51 next week, expressed his gratitude by sharing a picture of himself along with the grandson of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.
