Netflix is ready to pull audiences into a dark, twisting mystery with its upcoming series ‘Mandala Murders’, ready to premiere on July 25. The streaming giant dropped the trailer on Tuesday.
At the center of ‘Mandala Murders’ is the fictional town of Charandaspur, a place that seems ordinary on the surface but hides centuries of secrets beneath.
When a string of ritualistic killings rattles the town, two detectives Rea Thomas, played by Vaani Kapoor, and Vikram Singh, portrayed by Vaibhav Raj Gupta are pulled into a sinister investigation.
What starts as a search for a serial killer soon becomes a descent into an ancient conspiracy tied to a secret society that has operated in the shadows for generations.
The series boasts an ensemble cast that includes Shriya Pilgaonkar, Siddhanth Kapoor, Rahul Bagga, Raghubir Yadav, and Monica Choudhary.

Gopi Puthran, who created and directed the show, shared his vision for the series: “We wanted to build a world that feels unfamiliar yet real. In ‘Mandala Murders’, no truth comes without consequences. Every clue raises new questions, and the characters confront not just the mystery, but their own demons.”
Director Manan Rawat echoed the sentiment, adding, “Each episode is like peeling back a layer of the mandala, what you uncover might change everything you thought you knew. The performances from Vaani, Vaibhav, and Surveen are intense and emotionally raw, and we’ve worked hard to create a visual experience that matches the story’s psychological depth.”
Backed by Yash Raj Films, ‘Mandala Murders’ aims to offer audiences a binge-worthy thriller that combines the suspense of a crime saga with the mystique of age-old legends.
