John Abraham’s comedy Pagalpanti has been shifted to release alongside the much awaited Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Bala.

After producers changed the release date of John starrer from November 8 to give filmmaker Nikkhil Advani’s Marjaavaan an open weekend, Pagalpanti has now been shifted for release to November 22.

Earlier, Milap Zaveri’s directorial featuring Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh was supposed to clash with Ayushamann’s Bala on November 22.

Pagalpanti will now play in cinemas alongside Bala, reported Mumbai Mirror.

Both films are touted to be comedy dramas.

Bhushan Kumar is producing the John Abraham starrer which is being directed by Anees Bazmee and will also feature Anil Kapoor, Illeana D’Cruz, Kriti Kharbanda and Arshad Warsi.

Bhushan,  who helms T -Series, is also producing Marjaavaan with his wife Divya Khosla Kumar Nikkhil, Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani.

Bala is being helmed by Stree fame director Amar Kaushik,  and is a black comedy which will also feature Yami Gautum, Bhumi Pednekar with Saurabh Shukla, Jaaved Jaffrey and Seema Pahwa in supporting roles.

Makers had earlier launched a short teaser promo of Bala which created much excitement and buzz among Ayushmann’s fans.
