Vidyut Jammwal’s Hollywood debut

Street Fighter is Vidyut Jammwal’s first film in Hollywood. He plays Dhalsim, one of the most well-known characters from the Street Fighter video game franchise. Dhalsim is an Indian fighter known for his yoga-based combat style and mystical persona.

The first look released by the production team showed Vidyut in a completely transformed appearance. He sports a shaved head marked with bold red stripes. His build is lean and muscular. The costume includes tattered orange drapes, heavy metal bangles, and tribal accessories, all of which tie into Dhalsim’s character design from the games.

The look received a strong reaction online, with many fans praising how unrecognisable Vidyut was in the role.
