Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor were among the ones who attended the screening of forthcoming film Dhadak starring Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter. The very first reviews of the film that came from Anil and Sonam were a bundle of praises.

Sonam Kapoor took to Twitter and appreciated her cousin Janhvi and her co-actor Ishaan for their debut film. “What a stunning debut @janhvikapoor so so proud! Moved beyond words. @ishaankhattar you are magnificent. And this is all thanks to @ShashankKhaitan who has brilliantly captured their innocence, vulnerability, and strength! Stunned!!!!!!,” the tweet read.

Earlier, Janhvi’s step-sibling Arjun Kapoor came in support of Janhvi as she was stepping into the industry. He wrote, “#JanhviKapoor, today starts a new & a beautiful journey! On the day, Dhadak’s trailer was launched, Arjun wrote a long message addressing Janhvi. The tweet read, “Tomorrow you will be part of the audience forever #JanhviKapoor cause your trailer comes out… Firstly, sorry I’m not there in Mumbai but I’m by your side, don’t worry. I just wanted you to know this profession is amazing if you work hard, be honest, learn to take the accolades with the brickbats, respect opinions, yet follow your own path & instinct. It’s not gonna be easy but I know you are ready for all the madness that will ensue. All the best for #Dhadak! Dhadak is a romantic drama directed by Shashank Khaitan, produced by Dharma Productions and Zee Studios. A remake of the 2016 Marathi film Sairat, it is scheduled to be released on July 20.
