Manushi Chhillar accepts box office setback for ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’
Manushi Chhillar speaks out on the underwhelming box office performance of 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan', embracing resilience in the face of disappointment.
Miss World Manushi Chhillar has taken initial steps that mark her beginning in Bollywood. Manushi was featured with Kareena Kapoor Khan in an advertisement for Malabar Gold, a jewellery brand.
In the video, we got the sneak peek into how Manushi wants her wedding day to be and Kareena Kapoor Khan was so impressed that she wants to get married again!
The commercial shows Kareena and Manushi enjoying the feast at a wedding and complaining about how boring the actual wedding is. Kareena asks Manushi what does she expect her wedding to be like, and Manushi gets into her dreamy wedding zone.

In her dream, she wishes her wedding to be like a big festival, enjoying with her friends, dancing, and fireworks. Listening to her dreamy wedding, Kareena gets mesmerised and wishes for a similar wedding. When Manushi reminds her that she is already married, Kareena gives a look at the camera.

In a press conference, where Manushi was introduced as the brand ambassador of the jewellery brand, she said, “There are a lot of expectations when people have already seen actors like Tamannaah Bhatia and Kareena Kapoor Khan. But I think for a girl who is already living up to a lot of expectations, I wasn’t really scared. There was more of excitement than nervousness.
“What Kareena Kapoor Khan has been doing and will keep doing is different than the line of jewellery that I am endorsing for the brand.”
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor will be seen in Veere Di Wedding alongside Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar which is slated for release on 1 June 2018. Meanwhile, Manushi is spreading awareness on women’s hygiene in India and abroad.
