Tamannaah Bhatia is not one to sugarcoat her thoughts. At a time when many in the film industry are speaking out about exhausting work hours and the pressure of nonstop schedules, the actress has come forward with her own take. And, it might surprise some.

During a recent interaction at India Couture Week, Tamannaah was asked about the ongoing debate around work-life balance in the film world.

Instead of echoing the usual opinions, she offered a more personal and deeper perspective.

“I think work-life balance is a lie,” she said plainly. “You need to be balanced yourself. Once you are balanced from within, work and life will automatically fall into place.”

Her comment comes at a time when several big names from the industry are discussing the need for fair working hours. A major trigger for this conversation was Deepika Padukone’s reported decision to leave the film ‘Spirit’ after the makers allegedly refused her request for an eight-hour workday.

The incident sparked wider discussions about the need for healthier and more respectful working conditions on film sets.

Tamannaah’s approach, however, is different. Instead of focusing on external conditions, she talked about the importance of personal peace and mental stability.

“If you are balanced, then the rest; work, life, everything balances too,” she explained.

Meanwhile, Tamannaah Bhatia turned heads on the runway at India Couture Week as she walked for celebrated designer Rahul Mishra.

Her first look was a fitted floral gown, detailed with delicate embroidery. The styling was soft and modern, with dewy makeup and wet, wavy hair.

Later, she wowed the audience with a more traditional appearance; an elegant ivory lehenga with Rahul Mishra’s signature floral designs. The outfit was paired with a halter-neck blouse, and her confidence on the ramp added to the magic.

On the work front, Tamannaah is all ready to appear in ‘VVAN: Force of the Forest’, where she stars opposite Sidharth Malhotra.
