Bahraini rapper Flipperachi is riding a wave of unexpected fame in India, thanks to his Arabic trap track ‘FA9LA’ featured in the blockbuster ‘Dhurandhar’.
Speaking to IANS, Flipperachi admitted he never imagined his sound reaching millions of fans outside his home country. “I always believed music could travel and cross borders, but I didn’t imagine it happening this way,” he said. “It just proves that language isn’t a barrier when the energy is right.”

Fans in Mumbai are in for a treat, as Flipperachi is all set to perform live on March 13, 2026. Talking about his maiden India show, the singer said, “Gratitude more than anything. It’s something unique when people connect with your music before you even step into their country, so I’m excited and focused, to say the least.”

Directed by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ features powerhouse ensemble including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan. The film is first in a duology and revolves around covert counter-terrorism mission.
The plot follows Hamza Ali Mazhari who is an undercover Indian intelligence agent, as he infiltrates Karachi’s criminal networks and political machinery to stop terror operation targeting India.
