Ranveer Singh bid goodbye to 2018 by delivering an impressive performance with Rohit Shetty’s Simmba.

Simmba marks the first collaboration of Ranveer Singh and debutant Sara Ali Khan who is being showered with love by the audience and the box office collection is the proof that the audience has loved the film.

Simmba has minted Rs 212.43 crore in week two. Taran Adarsh, film critic, and trade analyst, took to Twitter to share the collection of the film.

In another tweet, Adarsh mentioned that the film will also reach Rs 250 crore club.

“#Simmba now eyes ₹ 225 cr in Weekend 3, which should be an easy target to achieve… Much depends on the BO response to the new films [ #UriTheSurgicalStrike, #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister] and to what extent they affect #Simmba, especially at multiplexes,” he wrote.

Simmba, which is a remake of 2015 Telugu hit Temper, is an action-drama. The film is produced under the banner of Karan Johar’s home production Dharma Productions and was released on 28 December 2018.
