Mumbai Police takes action after actor Ranveer Singh files complaint regarding deepfake video, signaling a crackdown on digital deception.
Bollywood’s favourite pair of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who have been giving relationship goals ever since the speculations of their fairytale were making the rounds, has apparently signed a film with Yash Raj Films (YRF).
After having worked with each other in the last three Sanjay Leela Bhansali films — Goliyuon ki Rasleela RamLeela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat, the love birds are all set to come together in a film for a fourth time and this time with the most elite production house of Bollywood, YRF.
According to a report in Bollywood hungama, the two actors will appear in a romantic-drama film, which will be backed by none other than Ranveer’s mentor Aditya Chopra, who has been very keen on making a film with the Padmaavat actor.

However, Deepika’s confirmation came afterwards as the actor was scheduled to shoot for a female-centric film Sapna Didi, which is based on the true story of a gangster. But, as we all know that due to Irrfan’s treatment for his decease abroad, the film has been put on hold as of now.
This gives Deepika more time that she can utilise on her acting front as she has been on a break post-Padmaavat‘s release has been vacationing with her family in some exotic locations across the globe.
The actors are yet to make an official announcement regarding their new film, but if talks are to go by then the two actors are already onboard for the upcoming YRF film.
Considering the fact that the last three films featuring the two actors have been hugely successful, it’s the perfect opportunity for YRF to cash in on the popularity of these two actors.
On the work front, Ranveer has three films in his kitty — Gully Boy (2019), Simmba (2018) and 83 (2019); while Deepika’s confirmed project is Sapna Didi, which has been put on a hold due to her Piku co-star Irrfan Khan’s health.
The duo is also making headlines for reportedly finalising the date of the marriage. As per reports, their parents met at Ranveer’s Bandra residence where they exchanged gifts and discussed the wedding plans.
