Mumbai Police takes action after actor Ranveer Singh files complaint regarding deepfake video, signaling a crackdown on digital deception.
Ever since the trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical drama, Padmavati released, cinegoers have been keeping a hawk’s eye on any new information of the film.
The makers of the film are leaving no stone unturned in living up to the expectations of their fans, hence, are releasing each piece of information at certain intervals.
It has recently been reported that Shahid Kapoor will not only romance Deepika Padukone in the film, but will have two lovers. Yes! You read that right.

Maharaja Rawal Ratan Singh aka Shahid will also be romantically involved with his first wife in the film.
Shahid’s character will be seen married to two ladies, one being the leading lady Deepika and the second being Anupriya Goenka. The latter will essay the role of Shahid’s first wife Rani Nagmati.
Anupriya has acted briefly in films like Dishoom (2016) and Paathshala (Telugu – 2016). The duration of her character in the film is yet to be known, but one thing is for sure, that she will have an important role to play.
It has also been revealed that actress Aditi Rao Hydari will essay the role of Ranveer Singh aka Alauddin Khilji’s wife. She had earlier stated that her character will leave an impact on the viewers mind.
Padmavati is one of the most anticipated films of 2017 for all the right reasons. The first song featuring Deepika, Ghoomar has already been a hit and fans are going gaga over Deepika’s performance.
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film will release on December 1.
