Slamming the news portal, Nargis took to her Twitter handle and wrote, “Take this down @TheLive_Mirror your reporter published lies & not only that he has also body shamed a person that may actually be suffering from an illness. Get your facts right before u publish.”

The article was taken down from the website after Nargis’ tweet. A while ago in an interview, Nargis stated she does not let trolling or criticism affect her in any way. She said, “I don’t care or give a damn about criticism. We are too much in limelight. So, during my downtime, I like to be relaxed and not focus on these things.”
On the professional front, Nargis will be next seen in Bhushan Patel’s film Amavas alongside Sachiin Joshi and is slated to release on 1 February 2019.
