‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ receives Priyanka Chopra’s cheers
Priyanka Chopra shows support for cousin Parineeti Chopra's starring role in "Amar Singh Chamkila" through an encouraging Instagram shoutout.
Priyanka Chopra who married American singer Nick Jonas in December opened up on her married life. After her wedding, the actress had changed her Instagram handle to Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Appearing on Good Morning America show, the actress gave details about her wedding and also recalled some special moments from the wedding.
“When I was standing there waiting for them to tell me when to walk out and the music was going to start playing, I just started to have a panic attack. And then the doors opened and I saw him, I cannot forget that moment,” said the Quantico star.

She mentioned how her mother Madhu Chopra had insisted on inviting a lot more people and why she decided to host reception parties later.
Priyanka said: “My wedding was an intimate affair. We had just 200 people, which is very less for an Indian wedding that is usually like 1000 people. My mom wanted to call even her jeweller to the wedding and then I had to tell her that I am trying to keep it small. So we had to host receptions for a bunch of friends and family.”
She talked about her life post marriage, PeeCee said, “Married life is different. There’s a big difference between a husband and a boyfriend, even a husband and a fiancé. I didn’t understand the gravity of that when I got married. But it’s a good thing to be married to a good husband. That makes it easy.”
As the show was about to end, Good Morning America makers gifted Priyanka received a crockpot as her wedding gift.
On the work front, Priyanka will be next seen in a Hollywood romantic comedy, Isn’t it Romantic? Directed by Todd-Strauss-Schulson, the film is scheduled to release on 13 February 2019 in the US. She will also star alongside Farhan Akhtar in The Sky is Pink, which will be helmed by Shonali Bose.
