The Bareilly Ki Barfi actress Kriti Sanon has started shooting for a special song for Karan Johar’s film Kalank.
The song will be choreographed by Remo D’Souza and Kriti will match steps with actors Varun Dhawan and Aditya Roy Kapur.
Kriti Sanon on Friday (May 1) took to her Instagram handle and shared a video of her rehearsals. In the video, she is seen doing Kathak. She captioned the video: “Excited for this one!! Happy to join team #Kalank for a super special song… and my first with @dharmamovies @karanjohar @varundvn #AdityaRoyKapur @remodsouza.”

This is the first time Kriti Sanon is working with Karan Johar and his home production banner Dharma Productions. A day before, Karan Johar also hinted about the same by sharing a video from the rehearsals. He introduced Kriti and also teased fans that a big announcement would follow.

Karan Johar took to his Twitter handle and tweeted, “Super song!! Go kill it guys! And welcome to the @DharmaMovies family @KritiSanon.”
The epic drama will be directed by Abhishek Varman which will hit the screens on April 19, 2019. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Nadiadwala, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha. The film is co-produced by Fox Star Studios.
