Karan tweeted on Friday, the date referring to the untitled project’s release.
He said details of the project will be disclosed shortly.
“The final cast of this collaboration will be put out soon along with the title. All rumours of story and other details circulating are false!” he added.
Karan, 45, has previously produced films such as Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Kapoor & Sons, Baar Baar Dekho and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania under his banner.
His next set of productions include Ittefaq, Drive and Raazi.
