Model-turned-actress Isha Talwar, who made her debut in Bollywood opposite Saif Ali Khan in Kaalakaandi, is all set to perform on stage with the dancing legend Prabhudeva.

The gorgeous actor revealed that she will be matching the steps with none other than the king of dance at the Live with the Legends Prabhudeva Dance Concert to be held at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Dubai on April 20.

“I don’t think I’ve understood this yet! I don’t think my brain has processed this information yet! I told my friends and their mouths were open. I told my mother and before I knew it, she was showing me her own version of ‘Muqubla, muqabla’ moves! Yes, my mother does these things and that’s the gene she has passed on to me thankfully! I should not say anything about dancing with him, one should just dance all the way! He moves with his heart and with childlike excitement even now. His face lights up and that’s the most beautiful thing to watch. One would think he does not need to do so many rehearsals but he can put any dancer to shame with his grit and passion !!!!  I’m just thankful to the heavens for an opportunity of this magnitude,” Isha said.

Talking about the list of songs she will be performing on the stage alongside Prabhudeva, Isha said she was happy to move to his tunes to some of Bollywood’s most famous songs.

“I get to dance to his popular number from Bollywood “ Chinta ta and Gandi Baat. It always helps to work with a choreographer who has exposure to not just film but stage also cause the requirements are very different and that’s what I think Prabhudeva Sir has mastered. I am happy to share the space with them, I’m happy to move to his tunes,” Isha said.

Isha, who is a trained dancer in various forms of dance, will also pay a tribute to the late actor Sridevi in her performance of the evening on the song Nainoun Mein Sapna from Himmatwala.

Though it’s a daunting task for any artist to match up to Prabhu’s dance moves, Isha is leaving no stone unturned to keep up the pace with Prabhudeva. She has been preparing for the concert very rigorously keeping everything in mind and this will be the first time in her career that she will be performing in front of thousands of people.

Live with the Legends Prabhudeva Dance Concert was earlier slated to take place on April 13 but due to some unknown reason the show postponed to another slot and will now take place in Dubai on April 20.
