Actor Rajkummar Rao won hearts with his unusual and quirky character of Pritam Vidrohi in his last film Bareilly Ki Barfi and now he is all set to entertain the audience with yet another interesting role in the upcoming musical entertainer Fanney Khan.
In Bareilly Ki Barfi, the actor showcased was a shy saree vendor and in Fanney Khan, he will be seen as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s love interest.

The actor plays the role of Anil Kapoor’s friend who helps him kidnap Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, playing a singing sensation Baby Singh.
Rajkummar’s ‘Infiniti Mall dialogue’ in Fanney Khan’s trailer has grabbed eyeballs. He will be seen romancing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the film, glimpses of which were seen in the trailer as well as the recently released song Halka Halka.

In the film, Anil Kapoor and Divya Dutta will play parents to a teenaged daughter who has aspirations to make it big in the music world.
Atul Manjrekar directorial Fanney Khan is the remake of a Dutch film, Everybody’s Famous. The story revolves around a father who abducts a pop star to train her teenaged daughter into a singer. The film is slated to release on 3 August 2018.
