Ayushmann Khurrana celebrates 12 years of ‘Vicky Donor’
Ayushmann Khurrana marks the 12th anniversary of his debut film 'Vicky Donor' with heartfelt gratitude and fan surprises.
In a surprise for the moviegoers, the makers of film Badhaai Ho starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra have decided to release it a day early to that of the release date announced earlier.
This being the Durga Puja week, makers of the film are expecting good turnout at the theatres from Thursday ahead of the long weekend. While the previous release date was Friday, October 19, the Dussehra day, the makers of Badhaai Ho have advanced the release date of the film by a day. The film is not releasing on October 18.

Ayushmann posted the news on Twitter. Sharing a poster and the new release date, he wrote: “Itni jaldi thi kya aapko nanhe mehmaan se milne ki? Toh mil lo phir, ek din pehle hi. Now #BadhaaiHo to release in cinemas on Thu, 18th Oct. ??”

Badhai Ho was all set to clash with Vipul Shah’s Namaste England starring Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor. Namaste England will be releasing on 19 October.
Badhaai Ho is a quirky family entertainer directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma. It is Ayushmann’s second release in October after AndhaDhun, which is already running successfully at the box office. The film also stars Neena Gupta, Sureka Sikhri and Gajraj Rao in pivotal roles.
