Alia Bhatt opens up about living with ADHD: ‘Last few weeks have been challenging’

Bollywood’s darling Alia Bhatt has once again shown her human side, sharing that the last few weeks have tested her focus. The actress revealed that her ADHD made it difficult to stay on track, but she found a bright spot in some thoughtful post-birthday surprises from her close friends.

Taking to social media, Alia wrote, “The last few weeks have been a bit challenging getting into my days with focus (hello ADHD) but this morning was just everything.”

Birthday fun with a padel twist

Alia’s birthday celebrations didn’t end on her special day. Her friends surprised her with a fun padel session, a sport she has been loving lately, making the day extra memorable. Sharing pictures from the outing, she gushed, “Birthday celebrations continue with the best best mamas/ladies playing a lot of padel.”

She added, “There’s just something about women showing up for you (and playing 2 hours of padel because you reaaallllyyy wanted to!!)”

Alia has been open about her ADHD in the past, often talking about the challenges of focusing amidst a packed work schedule and personal responsibilities.
