Actor Ali Fazal, who was last seen in the surprise hit Fukrey Returns, is gearing up for Milan Talkies. In preparation of his role, the actor is meeting various theatre actors and writers from Lucknow.
As reported earlier, Milan Talkies will be extensively shot in Lucknow, which also happens to be Fazal’s hometown, where the actor was an active member of school and college cultural programmes.
A source close to the actor shares that Fazal will be taking some time out of his shooting schedule for the film and meet theatre actors and writers from his hometown.

The Fukrey actor will be meeting the group of artistes to understand the theatre scene in Lucknow and also give them an insight on things outside of the city.
Those of you wondering what is the connection between Fazal and theatre, let us tell you the actor got his first film offer after being spotted while performing in a play at Prithvi Theatre. He has grown up performing in numerous school and college plays.
The actor also believes that his knowledge about the film industry will be help the aspiring actors and writers eyeing the big ticket to Bollywood.
After impressing fans and critics alike with his performances in Victoria and Abdul and Fukrey Returns, Fazal is now all set to step ino the shoes of a lover boy with Dhulia’s next rom-com titled Milan Talkies.
