Food blogger Sana Chikhalia, who is a well-known food influencer, believes that Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is the biggest example for mental strength.

Exercise and a healthy diet may sound like the only factors that sculpt a droolworthy physique of B-Town’s fittest hunk but that’s not just it.

According to Sana, it is a balanced work routine as well as the mental peace that plays a key role in maintaining good health.

The food blogger says, “Of course the physical training, strenuous work out sessions, balanced diet and many other factors help in beautifying their appearance but it’s the mental stability and inner peace that brings out the glow on their face and makes them look energetic throughout, she further stated,”

When asked about the current lot of actors and their fitness regime Sana says the industry is blessed to have actors, who are both good looking and physically fit at the same time.

“From Hrithik Roshan to Tiger Shroff, our film industry is blessed with people who are not only talented but also possess the good looks. Moreover, their energy level that keeps them on toes throughout the day, is unmatchable,” Sana said.

Sana, who is an active food blogger in Dubai, names Akshay Kumar as the biggest role model for mental strength for his discipline and healthy lifestyle.

“Akshay Kumar is the biggest example of it. Despite strength training, Akshay never skips meditation to get relief from the mental stress. A healthy diet and hours of exercise would only be effective if your mind is in the right state,” Sana on why Akshay is a role model for mental strength.
