Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi turned a year older on Saturday (28 July). A slew of celebrities wished the actress on her 32nd birthday.

Huma, who was a theatre actor and model, got her first break in the films as a supporting actress. She made her film debut with a role in the 2012 crime drama Gangs of Wasseypur. Huma played the character of Mohsina, the love interest of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s character Faizal Khan. Her performance earned her several nominations in the Best Supporting Actress and Best Female Debut category.

Later on, she featured in a range of characters, including a witch in the 2013 horror film Ek Thi Daayan, a RAW explosives expert in the action spy thriller film D-Day, and the promiscuous companion of a Begum in black comedy thriller Dedh Ishqiya.

Huma was last seen on the silver screen, in the Hindi a remake of the Hollywood film Oculus titled Dobaara: See Your Evil along with her brother Saqib Saleem.
