A notable highlight of the season was the selection of 15 students for international roles with companies based in Europe, Japan, Korea, and the United States. The institute expects further expansion of global opportunities in Phase II of placements, scheduled to commence in mid-January 2026.

The phase saw participation from leading national and international companies such as Accenture, Airbus, American Express, BlackRock, Boeing, Databricks, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, Mastercard, Meesho, Navi, PwC, Qualcomm, Samsung, InMobi, and Square Point Capital, among others. Several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), including BPCL, BEL, MIDHANI, and EIL, also actively took part in the recruitment process.

Commenting on the successful completion of Phase I, Prof Manindra Agrawal, Director, IIT Kanpur, said, “The successful conclusion of Phase I placements reflects the academic rigour, adaptability, and industry readiness of our students, as well as the institute’s strong and enduring engagement with leading organisations in India and abroad.
