Uttarakhand CM’s new IT initiative, dashboard launched

After launching his mobile app, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat started another IT enabled service to ensure transparency and real time monitoring of welfare schemes in the hill state. The new venture is the Chief Minister dashboard- which was launched in Dehradun on Monday.

Speaking about the web initiative, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat said, “UTKARSH – Uttarakhand Achieving Results in Systematic And Holistic Way- is a web based CM Monitoring Dashboard. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been emphasizing on outcome based monitoring for better service delivery. Uttarakhand has launched this monitoring system from today.”

Uttarakhand joins the selected group of states-including M.P, A.P, Haryana, etc.- in which this dash board application is being used for real time monitoring of social schemes.

Presently 14 different state government are linked to the dashboard and in the course of time all the department will get linked with his web application. Dashboard will provide real time data, which will help the department in analysing it and taking appropriate steps for rectifying the problem.
