Uttarakhand CM plays Good Samaritan to help accident victim

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat helped a road accident victim in Dehradun on Saturday. The CM was returning from a function and saw a accident hit person lying near Lacchiwala locality, Rawat stopped his fleet and with other lifted the injured to rush him immediately to the nearest hospital.

Trivendra Rawat was returning from Bhanyawala after participating in a cooperative meet on Saturday and he crossed the Lacchiwala flyover saw a collided two-wheeler and the accident victim near the spot.

The Uttarakhand CM asked his fleet to stop and helped the injured to be carried on a vehicle of his fleet to the hospital. Uttarakhand higher education minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat also joined hands with the CM in his endeavour.

This is second such instance. Earlier this week Trivendra Rawat rushed to a hospital after hearing about legendary folk singer Narendra Singh Negi suffering a heart attack. Negi was shifted to another hospital for better medical care. But the health of Usha Negi, wife of the singer, also deteriorated. On seeing this the Chief Minister took Usha Negi in his car to a private hospital.The CM left the hospital only after ensuring that Narendra Negi and his wife gets proper medical care.
