Two suspects arrested over alleged links to ISIS-inspired terror module

The Special Cell of Delhi Police, in coordination with other agencies, has arrested two individuals suspected of being associated with an ISIS-linked terror module, sources said.

One suspect was apprehended in the national capital, while the other was arrested in Ranchi, Jharkhand, with the assistance of the local police. The two have been identified as Danish and Aftab, according to sources.

The Delhi Police’s special unit, along with multiple agencies, is currently conducting search operations across various states in connection with the suspected network.

Sources added that several other individuals have been detained from different locations as part of the joint operation. They are being questioned about their alleged links with the module.

During the raids, teams reportedly seized digital devices and other material believed to be connected to the suspects’ activities.
