Haryana health minister Anil Vij on Tuesday accused Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu of interfering in India’s foreign policy by his comments on opening of Kartarpur corridor.

The Haryana minister said Sidhu is a minister in the Punjab government, not an external affairs minister and he should refrain from commenting on foreign policy.

Vij said that being a citizen of the country, Sidhu can present his views, but he cannot interfere in the foreign policy of the country.

The health minister said that Aam Aadmi Party is a political party which no one takes seriously. He said that party is always known for irresponsible actions.

Vij said that in Rewari gangrape case, the state government has constituted 20-25 separate teams which have been working to nab the accused.

Apart from this, Vij has also sought the CCTV footage of the hospital in Rewari where the former Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda and MLA, Karan Dalal had allegedly forced their way to meet the rape victim. He said after investigation appropriate action would be initiated.
