Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday said that for any organization, both resolve and training are essential, and training is the process that develops ideological clarity and efficiency within a worker.

Gupta, who addressed the BJP workers in Karol Bagh and New Delhi Districts training session under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prasikshan Maha Abhiyan, stated that every karyakarta is the very axis that takes the organization’s ideology and the government’s welfare policies to every citizen.

“When a party worker is trained and committed, the resolve of nation-building is fulfilled,” Delhi CM said.

She further said that presently, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the party’s ideology has seen an unprecedented expansion to every corner of the country.

“From Anga, Banga, and Kalinga to Gangotri and Gangasagar, the lotus of service and good governance has blossomed everywhere,” Gupta said, adding that all this is the result of the dedication and relentless hard work of lakhs of devoted BJP workers.

Taking to the social media platform X, Gupta shared that she interacted with the workers and discussed the party’s organizational strength and the upcoming people-centric goals.

Meanwhile, the party has been holding training sessions for workers to further bolster coordination amongst them so they can work better towards reaching and helping out people, contributing to the good governance vision.

Party leaders, including MP Bansuri Swaraj and Virendra Babbar, were also present on the occasion.
