Punjab’s eminent social worker Ishu Kalra works on the above-mentioned principles as well. Being at the forefront of helping people and contributing towards society, Kalra runs an NGO by the name of Humanity NGO. Whether it is the education of children, or action against dowry, or fighting for the rights of the underprivileged people, Humanity NGO under the leadership of Ishu Kalra has always been at the forefront. Established in 2019, at the time of pandemic, NGO head Ishu Kalra conducted awareness camps on a large scale among people and also distributed masks and sanitizers. The task was well supported by Punjab Police and the government as well.
Apart from this, with the help of ration distribution and langar during the epidemic, NGO head Ishu Kalra emerged as the messiah of the poor. His distinguished work in fighting for the justice of dowry victims has made him earn the respect and dignity he has today. His work has been appreciated by the likes of International Tennis star Sania Mirza and many bollywood celebrities as well.
Kalra believes in the principle of “United We Stand, Divided We Fall”, and thus says that if everyone in the society works towards the welfare of each other without thinking about the differences then only we can progress towards a better future and a better nation as well.
