Nurtured with integral humanism ideology, BJP workers keep ego away while serving nation: Sachdeva

The Delhi BJP held residential training camps across 68 subdivisions in the nationa under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Mega Training Campaign 2026 over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, imprating training to around 7,200 so far while completing the sessions across 171 of the total 256 sub-divisions.

The seven-session residential training camps were addressed by BJP’s National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, and several other senior party leaders addressed the trainee with focus on imparting principles of cultural nationalism and integral humanism. Notably, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta attended the training camp in held in the Shalimar Bagh sub-division, and encouraged the workers take up the organizational training initiative.

In his address at the Vinod Nagar Mandal training camp, Sachdeva stated that BJP’s trained workers are different from that of other parties as they are nurtured in the ideology of cultural nationalism and integral humanism. They work with a spirit of “we” rather than “I”. He emphasized that the BJP workers keep away ‘ego’ while serving both the nation and the organization.

According to the Delhi BJP chief, through this mega training campaign, the party aims to prepare more than 100,000 trained workers.
He said that the workers are being trained in ideological foundations, party history and development, organizational functioning, expansion strategies, booth management, achievements of central and state governments, and also the use of social media and AI with the advancements in technology.

Meanwhile, Union Minister of State Harsh Malhotra addressed the Madanpur Khadar West Mandal; MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri addressed Kalkaji Mandal; MP Yogendra Chandolia addressed Swaroop Nagar, Nangloi, and Dev Nagar mandals; MP Kamaljeet Sehrawat addressed Roshanpura and Dichaukalan mandals; State General Secretary Vishnu Mittal addressed Paharganj; MP Praveen Khandelwal addressed Ballimaran, Kohat, and Kudesia Nagar wards; and Cabinet Minister Ashish Sood addressed sessions in Janakpuri area.
Party’s state unit’s senior office-bearers also addressed workers at sessions held in several areas across the city.
