After the massive victory in the Lok Sabha elections which saw the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) win all 10 seats in the state, the Manohar Lal Khattar government will initiate recruitment process for government jobs in the next 100 days.

Besides this, improving the level of education in schools and colleges, strengthening security system and improving health services besides focusing on permanent solutions to problems of every section of the society will remain the key priorities, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said on Saturday while addressing a function in Jhajjar.

The CM said that the recruitment process will soon be started to fill 20,000 posts lying vacant in various departments. This work will be completed within the next three months. In order to strengthen the security arrangements in the state, recruitment would be made to 5,000 posts in the Police Department and to fill the vacant posts of Group D, the candidates who were in the waiting list of previous recruitment would be given preference.

He said that work will be done to increase the level of education in government educational institutions besides improving the building structures and increasing the capacity of the teachers. Apart from ensuring children’s future security, health services will also be expanded, he added.

Khattar said that the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has got free treatment facility of up to Rs Five lakh annually for the poor families.

Listing the achievements of the Haryana Government in health services, he said that in 2014, 700 students of the state were enrolled in MBBS which has increased to 1450 in 2019.

Within the next five years, such a system will be arranged that 2,000 students would get admission in the state every year. He also talked about working on the scheme of connecting the National Cancer Institute in Badasa village, Jhajjar district with New Delhi through Metro Rail Service and with the International Airport by road.

The government has also prepared a permanent plan for solutions to the problems of every section of society. He said that the state will get the full benefit of the BJP Government at the centre.

Rohtak’s newly elected Member of Parliament, Arvind Sharma, said that with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the CM has worked for the welfare of all sections of the society including farmers, poor, young, soldiers and women. As a result, BJP got support from all sections of the society in the Lok Sabha elections.
