Cent percent voting before 10 AM in naxal area booth in MP
A polling booth in naxal affected Balaghat Lok Sabha constituency of Madhya Pradesh registered 100 per cent voting before 10 AM on Friday in the first phase of Lok Sabha polls.
Haryana government on Friday directed its officers to strictly comply the consolidated instructions and guidelines on official dealing between the administration and Member of Parliament (MP) as well as state legislature.
While stating this on Friday, a spokesman of Political and Parliamentary Affairs Department said that Committee on violation of protocol norms and contemptuous behaviour of government officers with members of Lok Sabha in its second report tabled in the Lok Sabha on January 4, 2018 has recommended ensuring strict compliance of these instructions by the government servants.
He said that the Committee also recommended discouraging and desisting the state government to involve private companies and agencies in organising or sponsoring functions which essentially fall under the domain of the state government.

The Report could be downloaded from the website of Lok Sabha for strict compliance both in letter and spirit. Any violation of the said guidelines would be viewed seriously, he added.
The spokesman said that all the Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments, Divisional Commissioners of Ambala, Hisar, Rohtak and Gurugram, Faridabad and Karnal Divisions, all Deputy Commissioners and all Sub Divisional Officers (Civil), Managing Directors of Boards, Corporations and Public Undertaking and Registrars of the Universities have been asked to ensure the strict compliance of the these instructions.
